This update fixes a bug that didn't recognize some older subscriptions (Remove Ads and All Access). Please cancel my subscription, as my health condition does not permit me to do these puzzles any longer. I have tried for 2 months now to find this info, and have written support several times without getting a response from anyone. I wish to cancel my subscription to the all access pass, but I can find no place to do it. and, whenever it can be done, in the words of the witnesses themselves. That's most unfortunate too, because this game used to be one of my all time favorites. AGES AT Which ChilDREN AND Young PERSONS ARE EMPLOYED IN COAL MINES. After my current subscription expires, I plan on canceling the "all access pass" and deleting the game. I find it too hard to even do the moderate skill level puzzles, so unless new easier puzzles are added, this game is of no use to me. I am a disabled older woman who likes to do puzzles in a leisurely fashion. Unfortunately, the developer hasn't added any. Each day for the past 3 or 4 months, I go to see if there are any very easy or easy puzzle packs that I have not played yet. I purchased the "all access pass" for the second time, and, quite frankly, it's not worth the money. I have played this game for a few years and, up till recently, have really enjoyed it.
